Position: Bartender

Location: Louisville, KY

Hours: 11am-8:30pm

Hours per week: Full Time

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00

This is a front-of-the-house position; exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude are essential.

Essential Functions and Key Tasks

• Operate the point of sale system and assist customers as needed.
• Set up and restock products, displays, coolers, and workstations.
• Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas.
• Ensure the department looks clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting, attentiveness, and thanking customers.
• Work with and take direction from the Chef Manager.

Bartender Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous food/customer service experience, preferably in a corporate dining setting.
• Dependability and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
