Your Growth Path

Beverage Manager/Restaurant Supervisor - Restaurant Manager - Food & Beverage Manager

Your Focus
  • Maintain clean and organize bar areas.
  • Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
  • Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase.
  • Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders.
  • If applicable, take orders, serve, and clear food and beverages at tables in bar and lounge areas.
  • Issue guest checks and complete payment processes.
  • Follow standards for managing intoxicated guests.
  • Complete beverage requisitions to maintain par levels.
  • Perform required side work before shift ends.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with beverage inventory management.
  • Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Your Background And Skills
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • TIPS certification is a plus.
  • Previous bartending/mixologist experience or equivalent training required.
  • Food Sanitation certificate is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.
