Yardbird in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled bartender to deliver exceptional beverage experiences in a high-volume setting, sharing knowledge of our award-winning bourbon selections and authentic Southern hospitality.

You will craft cocktails, assist guests with drink selections, and ensure responsible service while thriving in a fast-paced environment. This full-time on-site role requires strong mixology skills and impeccable customer service.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, classic cocktails, and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar.
• Complete understanding of all food and beverage items.
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Peel, slice and pit fruit safely for garnishing drinks.
• Process transactions using the POS system, prepare checks for customers, and process customer payments.
• Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays and manages the aesthetic of the bar top.
• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
• Monitor inventory, and restock bar inventory.

We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will craft expertly mixed drinks, share your knowledge of our award-winning bourbon selections, and provide warm Southern hospitality to every guest. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar
• Complete understanding of all food and beverage items
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
• Peel, slice and pit fruit safely for garnishing drinks
• TAM and ACT Certified and guidelines followed to ensure no guests are overserved
• Process transactions using the POS system, prepare checks for customers, and process customer payments
• Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays and manages the aesthetic of the bar top
• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Monitor inventory, and restock bar inventoryHigh level knowledge of standard drink recipes
• High level knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishes
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods

Requirements:
