Job summary

Yardbird in Miami Beach is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience. You will craft cocktails, share knowledge of award-winning bourbon selections, and provide warm Southern hospitality to every guest. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where mixology expertise, accuracy, and guest service shine.

You will manage bar setup, glassware, inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. EOE; we use eVerify to confirm U.S.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, classic cocktails, and beverage trends.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
Uphold responsible alcohol service and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
Process transactions using the POS system and prepare checks for customers.
Arrange glasses and bottles and maintain an attractive bar display.
Maintain cleanliness of glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
Monitor inventory and restock bar inventory.
Maintain high knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
