We are looking for a passionate and talented Bartender to join our team. You will be helping to create exceptional experiences for our guests during their dining experience with us by serving all customers at the bar, creating drinks for the service well, taking to-go orders, and resolving customer issues.

To be most successful in this role on our Team, you are passionate about beverages, beer, wine, and liquor, and share that passion by going above and beyond for guests. You are also a natural people person with an eye for detail. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food, great drinks, and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders from bar customers for food and drinks.
• Produce beverages from the service well.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bar.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred, but not required.
• General and growing knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.

Compensation:

• This is a tipped position, but all Eudora’s employees are guaranteed a Living Wage in Hinds County of $16.57 per hour via a combination of tips and/or hourly employer rate.
