Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality, cleanliness, service, profitability, and the efficient operation of the Bar Area while on duty.

Management Team

Daily Responsibilities

1. Communicate with all Managers regarding operational issues concerning service quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
2. Engage with guests in a friendly and congenial manner.
3. Ensure timely completion of operational deadlines and adherence to standards set in the Bartender Training Manual.
4. Identify and correct issues within beverage service and the bar area.
5. Promote the company's marketing efforts to guests.
6. Contribute to positive staff morale.
7. Assist in training staff and trainees in beverage service.
8. Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of staff and guests.
9. Manage inventory and supplies properly.
10. Treat all guests and staff with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Availability on Sundays on a rotating basis.
• No visible piercings other than small earrings and nose studs.
• No distasteful tattoos visible during service.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Maintain professionalism in a loud, high-volume environment.
• Work in varying temperature zones.
• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Be punctual and answer phone inquiries professionally.
• Comply with alcohol service laws and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage of products.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift.

Additional Info

Uniform standards include wearing a complete uniform or being out of uniform and changing before work. Uniforms should be clean, pressed, and in good condition, with specific clothing and grooming standards outlined.
