Job summary

Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH is seeking a skilled Bartender to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The Bartender will handle cash, assist with inventory and stocking, maintain bar cleanliness, and may fulfill beverage orders for fellow servers while ensuring a welcoming, attentive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs for entire shift.
• Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. The Bartender will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of mixology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. .

In addition to preparing and serving drinks per guest specifications, Gunstock's standards and state guidelines for responsible alcoholic beverage service, the Bartender's core responsibilities will also include cash handling, inventory counts, stocking, cleaning and organizing. In some environments they will also have responsibility for fulfilling beverage orders for fellow servers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Bartenders are expected to be attentive to guest needs at all times and are responsible for creating and maintaining a welcome, comfortable and relaxed environment in which every guest feels important and well-attended to.

Other requirements:

• Age 21 or older.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register.
