Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Greeting guests, take orders, and provide prompt & professional beverage service.

• Prepare and serve cocktails and mixed drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist with developing and presenting the bar menu.

• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.

Job Overview:

As a Bartender at Backyard Gilbert, you will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The Bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to company standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:
