Job Overview: As a Bartender at Backyard Gilbert, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment while upholding the highest standards in guest drinking experiences. The Bartender must be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ needs and expectations. You will continually enhance the guest experience to help ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit to our venues. Bartenders are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your role will involve engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to Company standards.
