Marbled & Fin is expanding its Savannah location and seeks a talented Bartender to deliver warm hospitality and expert beverage knowledge in a fine-dining setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a fine dining environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktails.
• Confident and engaging with guests in a hospitality setting.
• Able to multitask, stay organized and present a polished appearance.
• Collaborative team player with passion for memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging hospitality to all bar guests.
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with precision and speed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of beverage programs and offerings.
• Engage guests with recommendations and insights into the menu.
• Prepare garnishes and bar components per recipes and standards.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies during service.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Ensure responsible service and compliance with laws and policies.
• Collaborate with FOH and kitchen for smooth service.
• Handle payments and manage tabs via POS system.

About Us:

Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a talented Bartender who brings both technical skill and warm hospitality to the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable hospitality to all bar guests
• Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
• Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
• Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
