Job summary

Bricktown Brewery - Joplin, MO is seeking a Bartender to join their team. You will craft drinks with precision and provide warm, attentive service in a fast-paced bar environment.

You’ll greet guests, take drink orders, pour beverages, handle payments at the POS, and help keep the bar clean and organized while supporting the team. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on your feet for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Able to push, pull, stretch, and use your hands and wrists repeatedly.
• Prior bartending experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right fit!

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Take accurate drink orders and prepare beverages quickly and consistently.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver “wow” moments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.
• Assist with side work, including stocking, cleaning, and transporting dishware.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system with accuracy.
