Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Tulsa is hiring servers for part-time and full-time positions. Join a lively team that serves made-from-scratch dishes and local brews in a welcoming, community-driven environment.

You’ll help deliver great service, work closely with kitchen staff, and grow with a fast-growing restaurant rooted in hospitality. Responsibilities include taking accurate orders, serving with care, handling payments, keeping areas clean, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required - we’ll train the right person!
• Customer-Focused: Friendly, professional, and skilled in communication.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods while carrying food and beverages.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support your coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
