Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City is seeking friendly servers for part-time or full-time roles. You will take accurate orders, serve with care, and provide outstanding customer service in a lively, beer-forward environment.

No prior server experience is required—we train the right person. You should be able to stand for long periods, maintain a clean workspace, and work well with teammates to ensure memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take Accurate Orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Anticipate guests’ needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a Clean Environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process Payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold Health & Safety Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
