Job summary

Rand-Whitney is seeking a part-time bartender to tend bar during stadium events and private functions in Foxborough, MA. You will set up, greet guests, and process orders with accuracy.

You must be 21+ per state law, have at least 2 years in a high-volume bar, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Position Type: Part Time
• Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

SUMMARY

Tend bar for all stadium events and private functions ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Open and set up bar preparing for service.
• Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers
• Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
• Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalated concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Close down bar and assist with inventory.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
