Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time Club Server in Foxborough, MA to interact with patrons and manage orders on a POS system. You will welcome guests, process requests, relay orders to the kitchen, and ensure timely serving of meals with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

SUMMARY

The primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome patrons as they arrive.
• Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.
• Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.
• Assemble orders and serve to patrons.
• As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
• Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
