Job summary

The Kraft Group & Affiliates is seeking a part-time bartender to tend bar at stadium events and private functions. You will open and setup the bar, welcome guests, and handle transactions while adhering to stadium guidelines.

Maintain compliance with alcohol policies, follow food-safety rules, and provide a friendly, professional service. Shift flexibility includes nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Meet State minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
  • Outgoing, positive, engaging personality and team player.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Open and set up bar preparing for service.
  • Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers.
  • Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
  • Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalated concerns to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Close down bar and assist with inventory.
  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
