Job summary

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is excited to open our Middleton, FL location and add an energetic Bartender to our Opening Team. You’ll bring the bar to life with a friendly personality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy setting at the bar and dining room.

Orientation and training are provided during the first week; interviews run Sept 10–Oct 2, 2026. Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Greet and serve bar guests with friendliness, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Accurately pour and serve a variety of wine and beer selections.

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is thrilled to announce the opening of our 16th location in Middleton and our 3rd in The Villages this October! We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Bartenders to join our Opening Team.

Orientation: Monday, October 5 (mandatory, AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Bartender

As a Bartender at Piesanos, you’ll bring the bar to life with your friendly personality, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. You’ll be the face of hospitality for guests at the bar while also supporting the dining room.

At our Southern Trace location, the bar experience focuses on great wine, cold beer, and warm hospitality. You’ll create an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels welcome and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Minimum Age: 18 years at the time of hire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
