Job summary

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is opening a new location in Middleton, FL and seeks friendly, energetic Bussers to join the Opening Team. You will support servers, keep dining areas clean, and ensure guests have a great dining experience as part of a growing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be 17+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean dining areas, tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Follow all food sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Reset tables quickly and properly for the next guests.
• Provide drink refills, replenish utensils, and respond to guest needs.
• Assist the bartender with restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Be alert to spills, special requests, and opportunities to support the team.

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizzais thrilled to announce the opening of our 16th location in Middleton and our 3rd in The Villages this October! We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Bussers to join our Opening Team.

Interviews: Thursday, September 10 – Friday, October 2, 2026 (or until slots are filled)

Orientation: Monday, October 5 (mandatory, AM & PM sessions available)

Training: October 6 – 10 (mandatory, AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Busser

A Busser at Piesanos is essential to delivering a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience. You’ll represent our company standards by supporting servers, assisting the bartender, keeping the dining room spotless, and ensuring guests always feel taken care of.
