Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Middleton, FL is hiring a Sauté Cook for our Opening Team at the new location opening October 2026. You will bring precision, speed, and pride to every dish; join a fresh team in a growing, family-owned brand that values people, culture, and growth.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($15.00–$18.50/hour), benefits for eligible team members, flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time), and opportunities for leadership development as we expand.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen and maintain high food quality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and keep station organized.
• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook sautéed dishes to order, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge to answer team questions, including food allergy concerns.
• Uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout service.
• Assist with running and end-of-shift side work, ensuring areas are prepped for the next shift.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service to maintain smooth operations.
• Take ownership of consistency, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen at its best.

Piesanos Stone Fired Pizzais thrilled to announce the opening of our 16th location in Middleton and our 3rd in The Villages this October! We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and passionate Team Members to join our Opening Team.

About the Role – Sauté Cook

As a Sauté Cook at Piesanos, you’ll bring our menu to life with precision, speed, and consistency. This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and pride in creating dishes that look and taste exceptional.

What You’ll Do:
