Job summary

Whiskey Joe's in Florida seeks an experienced bartender to craft cocktails and serve guests with precision and flair in a beachside setting. You will demonstrate whiskey knowledge, engage guests professionally, and help maintain bar cleanliness and inventory while delivering a memorable experience.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a high-volume bar, enjoy fast-paced environments, and hold a TIPS certification if possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartender experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Strong knowledge of whiskey and other spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• Regular lifting, moving and carrying of food items, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 40 pounds across the restaurant
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant during a 6-8 hour shift with appropriate breaks
• Regular ascending/descending stairs
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
• Frequent use of hand to finger motions, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms
