The Denver Athletic Club is seeking a friendly part-time bartender to join our team in downtown Denver. You will greet members and guests, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and help maintain a clean, stocked bar area.
Ideal candidates have at least one year of bartending experience and Colorado alcohol-service eligibility; TIPS certification is preferred and prior private club experience is encouraged. This position offers part-time shifts and a supportive team environment.
The Denver Athletic Club is looking for a part-time Bartender to join the team!
Bartender! You will greet members and guests, prepare, pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, develop relationships with regular patrons, ensure all items are stocked and available before your shift, and maintain and clean the bar area. You'll also assist with inventory, report breakages or spoiled stock, help serve when needed, report any complaints or suggestions to management, and attend staff meetings or pre-shift line ups as required.
1325 Glenarm Place in downtown Denver. The Denver Athletic Club is across the street from the Colorado Convention Center, 2 blocks from the 16th Street Mall and a 3-minute walk from Civic Center Park.
You must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Shifts are generally 6 - 6.5 hours.
The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable, have at least one year of bartending experience, TIPS certification is preferred, and legally able to serve alcohol in Colorado. Candidates with prior private club experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
