Responsibilities

1. Work as a team with all staff members to create a positive and friendly work environment.
2. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
3. Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
4. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Engage with customers in a courteous and attentive manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
6. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, including washing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment regularly.
7. Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, to ensure availability during service hours.
8. Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.
9. Monitor and manage customer consumption levels and identify any signs of intoxication, taking appropriate action to ensure a safe and responsible drinking environment.
10. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing the appropriate payment methods.
11. Collaborate with other staff members, such as servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and overall customer satisfaction.
12. Stay updated on current beverage trends, new products, and industry developments, and share this knowledge with customers when appropriate.
13. Check IDs of patrons to ensure they are over 21.
14. Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed.
