Job summary

The Eagle Short North in Columbus, OH is seeking experienced bartenders to elevate the guest experience by crafting drinks and delivering outstanding service. This role requires passion for hospitality and alignment with Thunderdome's standards.

Banding together with a growing restaurant group, you will move frequently, lift up to 50 pounds when needed, and uphold safety and quality in every interaction with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender is preferred.

• Maintains a clean and professional appearance

• Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction

• Follows proper alcohol handling and maintains appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items

OUR OPPORTUNITY

The Eagle, our food and beer hall, serving Southern fried chicken and sides, is looking for experienced bartenders. Bartenders are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
