The Hotel Cleveland is seeking a service-minded and experienced (Part-Time) Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be serving beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Job Functions

1. Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily, including requisitioning and stocking all supplies.
2. Manage stock, cutting, and storing of fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
3. Greet guests courteously, promote and document drink orders, and mix drinks using standard recipes.
4. Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.
5. Input orders into the POS system, create checks, and maintain accountability of beverages served.
6. Handle cash, verify charges, and balance all transactions.
7. Secure beverage and food items, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

1. Must be 21 years or older.
2. Minimum of one year of bartending experience.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Preferred certifications: TABC, Tips, Food Handlers.
5. Organized with a sense of urgency and focus on guest satisfaction.
