BARTENDER DETAILS

Our Bartender teams are the ambassadors of hospitality behind our bars and must have a passion for delivering great service. Their job is to guide our guests through an engaging and tailored experience, driven by their knowledge of our beer, cocktails, wine, and food programs. They are responsible for upholding company standards of quality, efficiency, hospitality, and helping to build a positive work environment.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Bartender capable of performing calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and a passion for genuine hospitality and all things food and beverage.

• Must have 2 years of Bartending experience in a systems-based, full-service, high-volume restaurant setting with an understanding of Michelin-Level service.
• Ordering and inventory experience are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of food, beer, wine, and craft cocktails.
• Proven ability to create a positive work environment through team support; a great attitude and team spirit.
• Compliance with state, federal, and general business standards, including responsible alcohol service, updated certifications, and safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to stand and walk steadily for up to 8 hours or more.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Hold both State of Illinois Basset and Food Handlers certifications.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the City of Chicago.
