Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up and stocks bars with beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
• Maintains and prepares garnishes, juices, and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Processes drink orders, mixes drinks, and practices portion control.
• Verifies guest identification.
• Detects guest intoxication and demonstrates liquor law knowledge.
• Handles cash, verifies charges, and records transactions.
• Secures beverage products, cash, and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Arranges bottles and glasses attractively.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
