Your Responsibilities include:

• Maintain clean and organized bar areas
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol purchase
• Prepare and serve drink and/or food orders
• Take orders, serve, and clear food and beverages at tables in bar and lounge areas (if applicable)
• Issue guest checks and process payments
• Follow standards for managing intoxicated guests
• Complete beverage requisitions to maintain stock levels
• Perform required side work before shift ends
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them
• Assist with beverage inventory management
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM's EarthView program
• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Your Background and Skills:

• High school diploma preferred
• TIPS certification is a plus
• Previous bartending/mixologist experience required or equivalent training
• Food Sanitation certification is a plus, required within 90 days of employment

Work Context:

• Work schedule varies and may include holidays, weekends, and different shifts
• Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching
