Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You will prepare and serve beverages, welcome guests, and help craft a memorable guest experience through attentive service.

Must have strong guest-service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and knowledge of responsible alcohol service. Toast POS and inventory duties are a plus to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
• Beverage knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits preferred.
• Experience with Toast POS and inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently.
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout service.
• Operate POS systems and process guest payments accurately.
• Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and bar supply replenishment.
• Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen teams to create a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all shifts.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
