OTO Development is excited to offer an opportunity for a Bartender in Panama City Beach. In this role, you'll greet customers, prepare beverages, and ensure excellent service while adhering to food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and squat for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely manner.
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take customer orders and serve drinks and snacks.
• Check IDs and ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Manage bar operations and maintain supplies.

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Bartender.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely manner
• Prepare a large amount of alcohol and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
• Manage bar operation, including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies

Requirements

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
• You have in-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars and possess strong mixology skills
• You can be on your feet for up to eight hours
• You can communicate effectively with guests and other associates
• You must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

Travel Requirements

This position would require little to no travel.
