This is a fantastic new boutique hotel, restaurant and bar in Ipswich Suffolk with an amazing reputation for creative contemporary cooking with lots of vegetarian options paired with a fun, vibrant bar concept.
This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting hotel where you get to make your own mark in a very creative environment! You will be working with the General Manager to produce a fresh cocktail menu with seasonal changes, and ensure that service is friendly, prompt and full of personality! You have to have your own transport to get to work and back.
The Person

Excellent cocktail knowledge and already a Head Bartender in a luxury setting for a minimum of 4 years.
Excellent attention to detail
Service/Guest focused
Strong experience in creative and writing cocktail menus.
Solid knowledge of wines
Be a leader for the junior team
Dynamic with a passion for the role
Personal License is a bonus
POS and stock control and ordering
Solid knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
Well organised
Fluent in English written and spoken
Work on own initiative
Friendly
Personal licence holder
Rota production and staff cost management.
Can work day, nights, weekends and Bank holidays.
