THE GIG (AKA WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING)

Own the bar experience – setting the tone, building the vibe, and guiding guests from first hello to final goodbye
Balance craft, speed, and personality with ease, even when the bar is packed and the energy is high
Build real rapport with guests, making the bar feel personal, welcoming, and alive
Execute service with precision – using the POS accurately, following steps of service, and ensuring proper glassware, setup, and presentation
Know the menu inside and out – food, beer, wine, cocktails – and stay curious about learning more
Keep the bar clean, organized, and service‑ready; execute opening, closing, and restocking with purpose; support all service channels; communicate guest feedback; serve alcohol responsibly; jump in where needed; and show up sharp and professional for nights, weekends, and holidays
