Hojoko

A Japanese-inspired tavern fueled by loud music, high energy, and seriously good food. It’s where high‑end technique meets low‑key fun—wagyu cheeseburgers, spicy ramen, sake bombs—executed with the same precision and care as a fine dining kitchen. We take flavor seriously…everything else, not so much.

We’re looking for a Barback who powers the bar and keeps the momentum alive.

• Backbone-level support behind the bar, keeping service smooth, stocked, and stress-free from start to finish
• Constant anticipation of bartender needs, staying one step ahead to keep momentum high

• A spotless, service-ready bar maintained through prep, polishing, organization, and follow-through
