ETS is seeking a Bartender for an in-person role in Vermont. The position offers a 2nd shift, full-time hours, and excellent benefits, including weekly pay and earned wages on-demand.

A strong emphasis is placed on delivering memorable guest experiences and collaborating with kitchen teams to ensure seamless service. Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience in upscale environments, deep knowledge of cocktails and wines, and a guest-focused approach.

• Previous bartending experience in upscale hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits, including food and beverage pairing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Your day-to-day as a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and consistency
• Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests, addressing special requests and preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management
