Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.

• Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and engage in friendly conversations. Provide recommendations and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.
• Mixology: Create and innovate cocktails while following established recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.
• Bar Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including storage and labeling of ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage rotation of perishable items to minimize waste.
• Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and provide change or receipts as required.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to alcohol laws and safety regulations, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated guests.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service.

Position Overview

V&E Hospitality Group is looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Bartenders. The Bartender is a key member of our service team responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Teamwork:Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service. Support colleagues during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and bar equipment.

• Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions.
