Job summary

The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa in Manchester, VT is seeking an experienced Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and deliver engaging, elevated guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will maintain full knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and cocktails, ensure bar setup and cleanliness, manage POS accuracy, upsell premium drinks, monitor inventory, and support service staff to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required, luxury or high-volume preferred.
• Strong mixology and wine knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages to standard recipes.
• Maintain knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail programs.
• Engage guests with a personable, professional bar presence.
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet standards.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs.
• Maintain cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Follow all alcohol service laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Support service staff with beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Upsell premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails.
