Base pay range

$3.63/hr - $10.00/hr

General Summary

The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. The bartender will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years experience required
• Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
• Dependability: job requires being reliable, responsible, and fulfilling obligations
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player is a MUST
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc., for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Maintain composure, keep emotions in check, control anger, and avoid aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations

Compensation & Benefits

Maryland: $3.63 - $10.00 per hour plus tips

Pennsylvania: $2.83 per hour plus tips

Delaware: $2.23 per hour plus tips

Florida: $9.98 per hour plus tips

Texas: $2.13 per hour plus tips
