Pay Range

This range is provided by Atlas Restaurant Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $3.63/hr - $3.63/hr

General Summary

The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. Responsibilities also include upselling items, creating recipes, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, and handling basic cleaning duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience required
• Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
• Dependability: reliable, responsible, and fulfills obligations
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player is a must
• Strong task and time management abilities
• Eye for detail; understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc., for extended periods; lift up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain composure and control emotions, even in difficult situations

Compensation & Benefits

Pay varies by state:

• Maryland: $3.63 - $10.00/hr plus tips
• Pennsylvania: $2.83/hr plus tips
• Delaware: $2.23/hr plus tips
• Florida: $9.98/hr plus tips
• Texas: $2.13/hr plus tips
