Job summary

Postino WineCafe, part of Upward Projects, seeks a Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages to our standards while keeping a clean, inviting bar. You’ll deliver a full-service experience to guests at the bar and support fellow team members during service.

Applicants should have 1 year of full-service bar experience, a high school diploma, and current State Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications. Flexible schedule, tips encouraged, and weekly pay are offered.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Bartender your responsibility is to accurately prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards or per guest request, while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area. This role delivers a full service experience to guests sitting at the bar and assists other service positions as needed.

Requirements

• Full-time (30 hours or more) or part‑time position (30 hours or less) that requires a flexible schedule, often working weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Normal shifts include as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m. and can fluctuate often.
• 1 year of full‑service bar experience; combined industry experience will be considered.
• High‑school diploma preferred
• State Food Handler’s Certification is required
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification is required
