Job summary

Evviva Trattoria in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced bartender to craft Italian-inspired cocktails, pour wines, and deliver warm, attentive service. You will maintain a clean bar, manage stock, take orders, and collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely, accurate drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty Italian cocktails, wines, and classic drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including keeping the bar stocked with necessary supplies and ensuring proper glassware.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on the menu.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal and company standards.
• Prepare and garnish drinks, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
