Job summary

Topgolf Entertainment Group in Ashburn, VA is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, interact with guests, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar area.

The role requires knowledge of drink recipes and mixology, strong customer service, cash handling, and compliance with responsible beverage service. The team collaborates to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
