Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local customer service contact for NAC customers in Barrow.
• Coordinate inquiries related to cargo acceptance, tracking, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain relationships with local shippers, consignees, partners, and stakeholders.
• Liaise between customers, station operations, and corporate teams for timely communication.
• Monitor feedback and identify trends to improve service.
• Support local philanthropic efforts and NAC community initiatives.
• Maintain records and reporting in accordance with policies and requirements.
