OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily team operations and uphold service excellence. You will coach frontline staff, coordinate with management, and help achieve departmental goals in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining safety and quality standards. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems as applicable.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties as required by the department.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
