Bashas' is seeking a Barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience inside Bashas' stores. You will provide prompt service, craft high-quality beverages, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment for customers.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash securely, following health and safety guidelines, and assisting customers with questions and orders. Perks include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, and store discount programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service and handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages, whole bean products, and food items by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Operate a register and handle cash, credit/debit payments, and change accurately.
• Assist customers with information and resolve complaints as needed.
• Stock shelves, face product, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
