Bashas' in Phoenix is looking for a Barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience, serving customers quickly with quality beverages and products while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

You will operate a register, handle cash and card payments, follow safety standards, and assist customers. This role includes stocking, cleaning, and meeting company guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be 21 years of age for positions serving alcohol.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote Bashas' and Starbucks values.
• Operate a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints.
• Assist with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout the store.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
