Bashas’, in Phoenix, seeks an Assistant Barista Team Lead to oversee front-end tasks and help create the Starbucks Experience for Bashas’ customers by delivering prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will mentor team members, ensure safety standards, support new partner training, and uphold Bashas’ policies while handling cash, duties, and high-volume periods with composure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 21+ for any position that serves alcohol.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform routine store duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and connect with customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health requirements.
• Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food items per recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and stock inventory as needed.
• Assist with new team member training and coaching as required.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
