Starbucks in Downtown Spartanburg is seeking a Barista Supervisor to help the General Manager run daily store operations and to uphold the Starbucks Experience for every guest. You will coach teammates, help with training, supervise opening and closing, ensure cash handling and adherence to health and safety standards, and deliver legendary customer service that makes customers feel welcome.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where teamwork and reliability

Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Barista experience.
• Strong customer service in retail and/or hospitality.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Fast learner with ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Promotes integrity and embodies Starbucks culture and mission.
• Coaches coworkers with clear, timely feedback to ensure operational excellence.
• Recognizes changes in morale and performance and informs management.
• Assists training of new team members.
• Supports inventory and promotions.
