Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring customer interaction and task fulfillment.
• Ability to coach food and beverage preparation to standard recipes.
• Experience delegating tasks to and coordinating two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to meet quality standards and safety policies.
• Prepare beverages and foods, adjust recipes as needed, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality and customer service while complying with store policies.
