You will educate guests on beans and brewing methods, work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and help keep the coffee bar organized and stocked while maintaining cleanliness

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista in a specialty or high-end coffee shop.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages per recipes.
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.
• Guide guests through the menu with personalized recommendations.
• Educate guests about beans, flavors, and brewing methods.
• Maintain a clean, polished coffee bar and adhere to health standards.
• Assist with inventory and monitor ingredient freshness.
• Operate and clean all coffee equipment.
• Perform other duties to support the team.
