Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Brownsburg, IN seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community. You will guide a team, uphold quality beverages and food, manage cash handling, and promote store safety during daily operations.

The role requires punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to coach staff. You will learn quickly, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment while upholding store policies.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Direct the work of others and supervise shift activities to ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
