Our Reserve Cafe food and culinary zone is an Italian-inspired bakery and kitchen that brings to life high quality culinary offerings within our Reserve & Roastery experience. Our baristas, alongside our bakers, act as ambassadors for our food platform, preparing our freshly baked pastries and food offerings using premium ingredients. Reserve Cafe baristas will use their knowledge and expertise of our exclusive products to inspire and delight customers by showcasing our sweet and savory food and beverage pairings. Our Reserve Cafe partners strive to exceed the expectations of our partners and customers by showcasing the art of culinary innovation. Job Summary and Mission
This job contributes to Starbucks success of the Roastery & Reserve locations by providing an exceptional experience to all customers as ambassadors of coffee leadership and stewards of quality. Through a commitment to operational excellence, they work together as a team to create the Roastery & Reserve Experience for their customers and one another. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
